Terms & Conditions

By using this website you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before relying on our tools or content.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Ring Size Converter. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Continued use after any change to these terms means you accept the revised version.

2. What we provide

We provide a free ring size conversion tool, reference charts, a measuring guide and original articles about jewellery sizing. The service is offered as-is, for personal, informational use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

3. Accuracy and no professional advice

Ring sizing systems differ between countries and manufacturers, and rounding between systems is unavoidable. Our conversions are provided in good faith and are intended as guidance only. They are not a substitute for measurement by a qualified jeweller.

You are responsible for confirming a size with your retailer or jeweller before making a purchase or ordering an alteration. We accept no liability for a ring that does not fit, for resizing costs, or for any purchase made in reliance on the tool.

Content about swelling, allergies, stuck rings and skin irritation is general information only and is not medical advice. Seek professional help for anything painful or persistent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems.
  • Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically copy content without our written permission.
  • Submit spam, abusive, defamatory or misleading messages through our contact form.
  • Use automated means to place excessive load on the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the site and its content, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on any conversion or article. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Please check back periodically.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
